EAA Chapter 292 Upcoming Member Meeting Presentations
EAA 292 hosts special presentations at our monthly meetings. In order to help our members to plan ahead, here is a preliminary list of our scheduled meeting events. Remember that all programs are subject to change, so visit here frequently to get the latest schedule.
The Air Cam I built is a three-seat version and it has all the attachments for floats as well. It took 25 months and ~1900 hours to build. Ernie Moreno came up on multiple occasions to Portland to inspect my work and provide suggestions for work going forward. Gary Brown did my airworthiness certification and Robin Reid came up to do the initial flight and then we flew off the EAA test cards as Robin gave me lessons so I could fly the Air Cam solo. The first flight happened on February 1st and the plane has almost 60 hours on it now.
